The “Quality Brand 2026” award makes visible a quality that is already perceived in public. This is exactly where the effect of the seal begins.

Quality seals serve a central function in brand communication: they reduce uncertainty. In highly competitive markets in particular, customers face a large number of comparable offers. External awards provide orientation here by not claiming quality but making it visible through an independent assessment.
The “Quality Brand 2026” seal signals that your brand is repeatedly and consistently associated with quality-relevant attributes in public. For customers, this creates a clear anchor of trust — particularly in decision-making situations in which experience, comparability or personal recommendations are lacking.
Studies and market experience show that awards have a positive influence on the perception of competence, reliability and integrity. Quality seals do not work as an advertising message but as confirmation by a third party — a decisive difference in effect.
For companies, using the seal offers the opportunity to deploy this positive perception deliberately in their own communications: on the website, in presentations, in sales or in digital channels. The seal does not function as a promise but as the visible result of an external assessment.
The method

This particular award is the result of market research carried out specifically to identify high-quality brands. Millions of data points from the internet and social media were collected and evaluated, taking both positive and negative mentions into account.
The data was collected in the period from May 2025 to April 2026 and covered mentions from the following sources:
Social media: Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
Review platforms: Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Amazon reviews, Yelp
Blogs and forums: online blogs, news portals and discussion forums in which consumers share their opinions and experiences.
The data collected included both direct brand mentions and comments and hashtags. In total, more than 10 million data points were analyzed, contributing to a well-founded and representative picture of brand perception in Germany.
Sentiment analysis
Brand mentions were subjected to an in-depth semantic analysis that did not merely categorize them as positive, negative or neutral in tone. Instead, the analysis was carried out along content-differentiating dimensions such as performance, customer focus, trust and reliability. Thematic connotations and semantic fields were taken into account in order to classify related terms and synonyms appropriately and to do justice to the many-layered perception of brands by consumers.
Text extraction:
We compared the services, pricing, product quality and after-sales service of the businesses.
Word analysis:
The AI then analyzes which words, phrases or expressions occur in the text. Words such as “fantastic”, “great” or “loved” are typically recognized as positive, while words such as “terrible”, “disappointed” or “bad” are rated as negative.
Context analysis:
Beyond the mere recognition of keywords, the context is also analyzed, since certain words can have different meanings in different settings (for example, “not bad” is positive even though the word “bad” is negative).
Sentiment classification:
The text is finally classified as positive, negative or neutral. There are also advanced systems that allow a finer differentiation of sentiment, for example into very positive or slightly negative.
Frequency analysis:
The number of mentions was recorded in order to establish which brands were particularly present in consumer discussions.
